Sara Ho is an interior designer who works with clients that appreciate Modern Design, and who want to improve their lifestyle and elevate their decor style. Sara believes that having a home that is not only beautiful, but also functional is extremely important. Sara tailors her design approach to specifically identify her clients needs while creating a home that reflects who they are.
Sara started her career working for Wilson Associates, a world renowned hospitality design firm. She spent many years learning from seasoned designers, working with different types of clients, collaborating with other professionals in the construction field, and honing her software and presentation skills. Sara transitioned to owning her own business after she had her first child. Now she is passionate about helping other families with the re-design of their home.

Below you will find a breakdown of what Sara offer’s in her e-design services. All of Sara’s e-design services are delivered through her client portal, straight from this website.
classic e-design
This package comes with the following services:
>> 2-3 FURNITURE PLAN OPTIONS
Sara will provide 2-3 furniture plan options for your room depending on the size and functionality required by your space.
>> MOOD BOARD
Sara will send one mood board so that you can get a look and feel for your room. Any likes/dislikes or comments that you have on your mood board will get picked up in the furniture selection and rendering phases.
>> FURNITURE SELECTIONS
Every single furniture and decor item for your room will be selected. Don’t like what Sara has chosen the first go-around? No problem, your Pinterest board will have other furniture options for you to choose from. You’ll get up to 3 options per item.
>> PHOTO REALISTIC RENDERING (2 VIEWS)
Once all your furniture and decor has been finalized, Sara will provide a 3D photo realistic rendering of your room. This is where the fun begins! You’ll get to see your room come to life, before your eyes. I like to provide two views of your space so that when it comes time to implement your design, you can visualize every aspect of your new room and it should look.
>> Implementation Guide
At the end of your design process, you’ll received a downloadable and shoppable PDF file containing your furniture plan, furniture selections, rendering, and detailed information on how to install and implement the design of your room on your own.
>> BUDGET CALCULATOR
Inside your client portal, you’ll have your budget calculator. This will show you what your overall budget is for your space, and what the current status of your budget is based on the furniture and decor that has been selected thus far. You’ll see exactly where your money is being spent.
>> PROJECT STATUS BAR
You’ll also find your project status bar inside your client portal. This is so that you’ll know exactly where you’re at with your project. It will show each phase, and deliverable for that phase. For instance, if you want to know if your 3D rendering is 30%, 50%, or 100% complete you will find it there.

Before you project begins, Sara will come to your home to take a look at your space, discuss your needs and measure your room. *For Los Angeles residents only.

SARA'S DESIGN PROCESS IS AS EASY AS..

All you need are two social media account profiles to communicate with Sara about the design of your space. One is Pinterest and the other one is Facebook Messenger. Pinterest will be used as a way to communicate about specific images, furniture plans, furniture, mood board and renderings. Facebook will be used as a communication tool for any discussion relating to your design.

Sara will send you your own unique webpage, which will be your dedicated Client Portal. That’s where all of your design deliverables will be posted. You will have direct access to Facebook messenager from your Client Portal, so Sara is only a message away.

E-design for one room typically takes two weeks (max) to complete. At the end of your design time, Sara will send you an implementation guide and shopping list. Everything will be accessible through your Design Portal for up to 3 months, and on Pinterest for as long as you want.
