Get the look: Modern Boho Bathroom

If you love Modern Boho interior design, and you’re looking for a change in your bathroom than consider this Get the look furniture board. I’ve incorporated the Boho style by using a fun eclectic floor tile, modern abstract art with Boho influence, some fun cabinet pulls, and a pop of color with the bathroom vanity choice. I’ve also mixed the metal finishes so that this bathroom design will stay timeless.

When it comes to trying to implement a specific design style into your home, I always find that people (myself included) have a harder time pulling together their favorite style when it comes to the bathroom. I think it’s because it’s a smaller space and there are less opportunities to be creative and pull a style together. Also, when you have only a few pieces of loose furnishing in a room, and very few fabrics it creates another layer of difficulty to portray a specific style.

This is one reason why I love focusing on the bathroom when it comes to distinct Modern interior design styles. Because I know that people find these inspiration images very helpful when renovating.

MODERN BOHO BATHROOM: FURNITURE & DECOR

Below are the furniture and decor pieces for this look. Feel free to shop them for your space!

Love the deep blue of this bathroom vanity. The white marble top provides a nice contrast with the dark blue. I wanted to show a color that was a little bit different than the rendering to provide an option- something to think about for your space.

This simple beveled gold mirror is the perfect modern Boho piece. It’s clean, but it still has a little be of detail in the bevel.

Matte black faucets are one of my favorites. This faucet is clean, but the shape of the handles and the way the faucet head flares, give’s a little interest and a Boho vibe.

This pattern tile is really fun and unexpected addition to this bathroom. You could even run these tiles as an accent inside the shower/tub area if you want more interest to the space.

I think this artwork is so much fun. The colors are very Boho, and the frame is different. You can pair this with a modern abstract piece, a photographic, or a framed object.

The jewelry of the space, these cabinet knobs from Anthropologie are amazing. I love the fun diamond shape in the middle and since these are small you can go a little more Boho and a little less modern.

Last but not least, this light fixture is die for. It’s different than what’s in the rendering- I like this better. Just make sure it fits in your space as it’s available in two sizes (and three finishes).

TO COMPLETE THE LOOK...

Add in two or three wood stools at different heights- with plants of different heights on top of the stools. Don’t have extra floor space? You can hang plants in cool pots from the ceiling. Add in a vintage red & orange rug with fringed edges.

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE SIZE OF FURNITURE, LIGHTING AND DECOR BEFORE PURCHASING FOR YOUR SPACE

16 Tips on how to design a home office that is kid friendly

As a mom that works from home and has worked from home since I became a momma, I know the struggle is real trying to juggle both. Some days are easier than others, but mom guilt is REAL even when you work from home. You want to do a really good job for your clients or employer, but you don’t want to ignore your kid or plop them in front of a screen (momma’s with young babies- you’re lucky if you can get three hours of work done a day).
